The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) Recruiting Portal collects personal information you voluntarily provide during account registration and the application process, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, employment history, education history, and other information relevant to the recruiting and hiring process.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS appointment reminders, we will send text messages to the phone number you provided regarding scheduled appointments only. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time from your dashboard. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured servers.

Data Retention

Eligibility

This portal is intended for individuals seeking employment with the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
